She was rushed to ER and had an infections that could have been prevented had the staff checked on her. The staff did not even call the family or send a card or flowers to her funeral.
Upon admission they didn’t have one for her so we provided ours from home. Because we were specific about my mom’s care, we provided the supplies to take care of her so they wouldn’t have to expend extra supplies for her. They barely used them because they don’t care if your family members skin breaks down. They don’t do ANYTHING to prevent bedsores or skin tears.
